Thalia Papadouri

Dr Thalia Papadouri MD, MSc, PhD
Graduated from Humboldt University–Charité in Berlin. She specialized in Pediatrics and Neonatal Intensive Care at the University Children’s Hospital in Leipzig and at the Humboldt University–Charité in Berlin.
Her PhD thesis was on “Infectious Complications in Patients with Malignant Systemic Diseases” at the University Children’s Hospital in Leipzig. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Health Systems Management from the Open University of Cyprus.
She is currently Assistant Director of Pediatrics and Scientific Director at the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in Arch. Makarios III Hospital.
She is the National Course Director of the Neonatal Life Support Program by the European Resuscitation Council. She has been PI in a number of clinical trials, and has also been invited as speaker in several congresses and seminars at an international level.
Dr Papadouri is a board member of the Society of Perinatal Medicine of Cyprus and of the Pediatric Society of Cyprus .
