Aristeidis Chaidos
Dr. Aris Chaidos is a Consultant Haematologist at Hammersmith Hospital and an investigator at the Hugh & Josseline Langmuir Centre for Myeloma Research at Imperial College London. His clinical and research interests focus on myeloma kidney disease and monoclonal gammopathy of renal significance (MGRS), as well as the epigenetic mechanisms underlying drug resistance in multiple myeloma. He also investigates the BCL2 regulome and develops precision medicine approaches for treating multiple myeloma.
Dr. Chaidos is an active member of national and international research groups in his field and serves as Chief Investigator and Principal Investigator for several Phase I/II and III clinical trials. He has contributed to national and international guidelines and expert opinion papers on MGRS and has authored book chapters and over 70 peer-reviewed publications on myeloma, related plasma cell disorders, and lymphomas.
